Iowa Terry Hambrick M 2003 Democratic primary D 2012 Registration fraud Perjury 4 Terry Hambrick pleaded* guilty to two counts of perjury, including one in connection with his voter registration, and identity theft. Hambrick, who previously served time in prison, applied in 2012 for driver’s licenses under the name of his deceased brother Aaron Hambrick, and in the process registered to vote. Missouri Anthony Reliford M 2006 Registration Fraud Anthony Reliford was one of eight individuals from ACORN’s Project Vote affiliate, investigated by the FBI and arrested in 2007 for violation of election laws. Wisconsin Robert D. Monroe M 2011 2012 Multiple R 2014-06 Multiple voting Absentee/Mail Ineligible district voting 13 12 Robert D. Monroe, of Shorewood, was charged in 2014 with 13 felony counts of voter fraud and pleaded* no contest to six of them. Each is punishable by up to 18 months in prison.  Monroe cast two ballots in the April 2011 Supreme Court election, two in the August 2011 recall election of state Sen. Alberta Darling, five in the 2012 recall election of Gov. Scott Walker, one illegal ballot in an August 2012 primary and two ballots in the November 2012 presidential election. Franklin M 2006 Registration Fraud 2 Four individuals working for ACORN on a voter registration drive were indicted on Federal charges of filing false voter registration applications. Franklin pleaded guilty to to filing false registration forms. Wisconsin Edward G. Johnson M 2010-03 Ineligible felon voting Registration Fraud Johnson was a convicted felon still on probation when he was accused of intentionally voting while knowing he should not.
