Connecticut Michael Abbatello M 2004-11 Multiple Voting Michael Abbatello was accused of voting more than once in the November, 2004 election. He registered in both West Hartford and Old Saybrook, and had been registered in both towns since 1985 because he did not provide the Old Saybrook registrars with his prior voting address. He voted in Old Saybrook, but did not vote in West Hartford in the presidential election. He has been removed from the list in West Hartford. Dismissed
New Jersey Gianine Narvaez Samuel Gonzalez (husband of Teresa Ruiz) John Fernandez Gianine Narvaez Edwin Cruz Jonathon Kowalski Antonio Santana Joaquin Caceres Angel Colon Sorinette Rosario F 2007-11 General Assembly/State Senate (state Sen. Teresa Ruiz) D Absentee/mail Ballot tampering Gianine Narvaez, 39, pleaded guilty in March 2010 to third-degree charges of absentee ballot fraud and tampering with public records or information. Narvaez, a former data processing technician for the Essex County Commissioner of Registration and Superintendent of Elections, has forfeited her job and public pension, and also is barred from public employment in New Jersey. New Mexico Luz Vargas Mary Ann O'Brien F 2012-03 Sunland Park municipal 2012-06 Ineligible district voting 4 1 Authorities say 56-year-old Luz Vargas registered El Paso, Texas, resident Mary Ann O'Brien to vote in Sunland Park's municipal election in March. Kentucky Kenton County - Name Unknown 2000 Intimidation 3 An unnamed individual was charged with voter intimidation and being within 500 feet of a polling place.
