Washington Amber Mcafee 1 Records received from Snohomish County Washington did not indicate the specific accusation. From a list of almost 200 voter fraud cases that occurred since June 2007, only one person was charged. Texas Election contest: Lon Burnam v. Ramon Romero Jr. 2014-03 Democratic primary D 2014-03 Election contest State Rep. Lon Burnam filed a lawsuit challenging his 111-vote primary election loss to Ramon Romero Jr. in March 2014. Burnam, D-Fort Worth, said the goal of the lawsuit is to review data from the Texas House District 90 election to determine if there were hundreds of illegally cast ballots after receiving multiple reports of an illegal computerized-signature vote-by-mail operation run to benefit Romero. http://www.star-telegram.com/news/politics-government/article3850961.html

Georgia Talbot County Registrar's Office Absentee Ballot Fraud The Talbot County Registrar's Office was accused of sending out ballots to elderly voters who did not request them. $200 fine, cease and desist order and public reprimand
