Connecticut Ann H. Coulter F 2002 2004 Ineligible district voting A complaint was made that Ann H. Coulter may have voted by absentee ballot two times, in a town where she was not a resident. Recommended that no further action be taken. http://seec.ct.gov/e2casebase/data/fd/FD_2009_010.pdf
Connecticut Damon B. Smith M 2004-11 Multiple Voting A complaint was made that Damon Smith may have voted in two towns during the November 2004 state election. Smith was registered in two towns simultaneously since 1985 because he did not provide registrars with his prior voting address when he moved. He was removed from the list in the town where he no longer lived. Complaint was dismissed. Dismissed
Connecticut Elizabeth Acampora F Multiple Voting A complaint was made that Elizabeth Acampora voted by absentee ballot and in person during the same election in the town of East Haven, Connecticut. What seemed like a double vote turned out to a coding error by the clerk who entered information into a computerized central voter registry list. The complaint was dismissed. Dismissed
Connecticut Joseph Maturo (former mayor and candidate) M Absentee Ballot Fraud A complaint was made that Joseph Maturo, who was running for re-election as mayor, should not have disseminated promotional materials with absentee ballot applications, neglected to provide information required by law, such as his signature, when he assisted people with absentee ballot applications, and improperly used the town's "reverse 911" phone system. No further action taken on complaint.
Connecticut Leslie Wertam Absentee Ballot Fraud A complaint was made that Leslie Wertam violated laws for the distribution of absentee ballots. No further action taken on complaint.
Connecticut Maria M. Lopez F Registration Fraud A complaint was made that Maria M. Lopez altered a voter registration card while circulating petitions. No further action taken on complaint.
