Prosecutor Joseph Deters said Lockhart, Charmont and Gobeil are all in this country legally but they are non-citizens and, therefore, ineligible to vote. He registered in both West Hartford and Old Saybrook, and had been registered in both towns since 1985 because he did not provide the Old Saybrook registrars with his prior voting address. He voted in Old Saybrook, but did not vote in West Hartford in the presidential election. He has been removed from the list in West Hartford.||Dismissed|
