Illinois Elizabeth Dag Um Keathley F 2006-11 General Non-citizen voting 1 Elizabeth Dag Um Keathley, a citizen of the Philippines, came to the United States in 2004 on a non-immigrant K-3 visa, illegally registered to vote when she obtained a driver’s license in Illinois, and illegally voted in the 2006 midterm congressional election. Iowa Unknown impersonator F 2012 Special Impersonation 1 Someone impersonated a Linn County woman and cast a fraudulent ballot in her name in a 2012 special election. That vote was counted. The woman who was impersonated later showed up at the polls and was given a provisional ballot. There was no way to identify the impersonator. Mississippi Kimberly Readus F 2013-05 Canton Democratic Primary D Stealing a ballot box 3 Canton Democratic municipal executive committeee member Kimberly Readus was found guilty on three charges including stealing a ballot box in connection with the Canton city Democratic primary election in May 2013 and sentenced to 30 days in jail (suspended). Connecticut Felicita Rivera F Absentee/Mail Illegal Assistance Rivera, a volunteer for a political campaign, was accused of being present while eight people voted using absentee ballots and then taking the ballots to mail. Penalty of $5,000, which was reduced to $1,000 because of demonstrated financial hardship. Ordered to refrain from soliciting absentee ballots and distributing absentee ballot applications for two years.

North Carolina Dianna Lightfoot F R Registration fraud - ineligible address Ineligible district voting Dianna Lightfoot registered to vote using an address of a UPS store. Public records from the N.C. State Board of Elections show Lightfoot registered to vote at her mailing address, instead of her residential address. Board of Elections rules clearly state that voters must provide a residential address to register to vote. Falsifying voter registration information is considered a Class I Felony. Only one Dianna Lightfoot is registered to vote in the state. That registration is for Dianna L. Lightfoot, 353 Jonestown Road, Winston-Salem. That is the address of a UPS store. Store manager Jared Roper said Lightfoot is a customer at the store and rents a mailbox there. Board of Elections records show Lightfoot registered to vote in Forsyth County in March 2012 as a Republican. Her voting record shows she cast ballots in the May primary, July primary and November general election.
