Mississippi Leon Hayes (sheriff) M Sheriff Leon Hayes was accused of voter fraud involving an Itawamba County election.
Ohio Kathleen Dreamer (Board of Elections assistant ballot department manager) F 2004 General OTHER Jacqueline Maiden and Kathleen Dreamer, election board members, were accused of election crimes related to a ballot recount following the 2004 presidential election. Maiden and Dreamer were convicted and sentenced to 18 months in prison, but the sentence was overturned and they were granted a retrial. Both ultimately pleaded no contest. Initially sentenced to 18 months in prison, but that was later overturned. Oklahoma Unnamed Murray County voter 2016 Registration fraud Oklahoma's State Bureau of Investigation is looking into a possible case of voter registration fraud in Murray County. The Murray County District Attorney's Office requested the probe in May 2016. State Election Board spokesman Bryan Dean says his agency and employees are cooperating fully with the investigation. California Jason Lee Hayes M 2006 2006-10 Registration fraud Jason Lee Hayes, along with 11 others, were charged with deceiving voters into re-registering, motivated by a $10 bounty for each new registered voter. Orange County District Attorney Tony Rackauckas charged 12 people with multiple counts of felony voter registration fraud. Hayes pleaded guilty to 1 count of fraudulent completion of affidavit of registration. Missouri Rogell Coker Jr. Keven Hayes Tracy Renee Jones Danny Lawrence Williams M 2014 General 2015-05 Petition fraud Forgery 0 Felony forgery warrants were issued for Rogell Coker Jr., Danny Lawrence Williams, and Tracy Renee Jones. Keven Hayes was also arrested in Columbia on three felony counts of forgery over fraudulent signatures on a 2014 initiative petition that unsuccessfully sought to put an early-voting proposal on the Missouri ballot. Secretary of State Jason Kander turned its investigative findings over to Boone County law enforcement officials, who filed the charges. There were 1,000 questionable signatures flagged in Boone County alone, including those of deceased individuals. Investigators allege that Hayes submitted petitions with 363 signatures from Boone County, including names of deceased individuals and three people who when contacted said they hadn't signed the petition.
