Washington Cathleen Branom F 1 Records received from Snohomish County Washington did not indicate the specific accusation. From a list of almost 200 voter fraud cases that occurred since June 2007, only one person was charged. California Roger Treskunff (former Hayward County school board candidate) M Registration Fraud 40 0 Roger Treskunff, a former Hayward County school board candidate, pleaded* guilty to registering fictitious voters and falsifying ballot initiatives, both felonies. Wisconsin Janice Kwiatkowski Louis Kwiatkowski F 2009 Municipal Multiple Voting 1 Janice Kwiatkowski and her husband were accused of each voting twice in a 2009 election that was decided by a two-vote margin. A write-in candidate for trustee defeated the incumbent by a two-vote margin. Utah Brandon C. Ellsworth M 2006-11 Daggett County Sheriff 2008-03 Registration Fraud 1 Brandon C. Ellsworth was accused along with 50 other people in Utah's Daggett County, in connection with a 2006 election for sheriff. All 51 were accused of fraudulent registration, and many were accused of living outside the county but registering to vote within the county.
