Indiana Roy Davis M 2003 Democratic Mayoral Primary Impersonation Forgery Absentee Ballot Fraud 4 Roy Davis was charged as part of a fraud case brought by the Lake County Joint Voter Task Force that ultimately overturned the result of the 2003 East Chicago Democratic mayoral primary. Charged with 1 count of voting in false name, 1 count forgery, 2 counts of fraudulent application for ballots. All charges dismissed. Dismissed
Arizona Carol Hannah F 2010 General R Multiple Voting 1 Carol Hannah was registered to vote in both Arizona and Colorado. She voted in the 2010 Colorado election by mail and at an Arizona polling place on Election Day 2010. Washington Robin Sloate 1 Records received from Snohomish County Washington did not indicate the specific accusation. From a list of almost 200 voter fraud cases that occurred since June 2007, only one person was charged. Louisiana Larry Dauzat (former law enforcement officer) M 2002 Marksville mayoral Vote buying Larry Dauzat was convicted in a bench trial of offering to buy a vote. Suspended 2-year prison sentence 2 years of supervised probation $1,050 fine 40 hours of community service Monthly $50 probation supervision fee. New York Robert LaPietra M 2008 2008-09 OTHER Robert LaPietra was accused of running for Cobleskill village trustee in 2008 even though he did not live in the village. Pleaded guilty to 13 counts of offering false instruments for filing, a class E felony.
