Florida Joann Snelson F 2010 Registration fraud 20 Accused of filing multiple voter registration applications with fictitious names and as the same individuals and registering ACORN canvassers to vote multiple times while working on an ACORN voter drive. Charges: 10 counts of false swearing in connection with voting or elections and 10 counts of submission of false voter registration information.

Idaho Ronald Edwin Prior M Registration Fraud Charged with illegal registrations by voter. Pleaded guilty. $200 fine and 3 months probation. The case was later dismissed.
Ohio Ohio Organizing Collaborative 2015 Registration fraud Forgery In October 2015, the Ohio Secretary of State's office received reports from county boards of elections about suspicious voter registration forms submitted by employees of the Ohio Organizing Collaborative. Boards have described significant irregularities among the applications, including voter registration forms from persons who are deceased, voter registration forms with multiple names, address or identification mismatches, and voter registration update forms that appear to have been signed by someone other than the voter. Ohio Antonio Alvande M 2008-11 Registration Fraud Absentee Ballot Fraud 24 Antonio Alvande was accused of falsifying numerous registrations for himself and others using an address from Boxmaster, a business in a strip mall in Columbus, Ohio. Similarity of signatures led to an investigation. Alvande was later found incompetent to stand trial. He was charged with 14 counts false registration and 10 counts absent voter's ballot.
