West Virginia Jerry Weaver (former Lincoln County assessor) M 2004-05 Democrat Primary 2005-08 Jerry Weaver was reportedly involved in a scandal during the 2004 Democratic party primary to bribe county voters. Indicted with others for a conspiracy to control county government in Lincoln County by buying votes, keeping some supporters’ property taxes low, controlling county and state government jobs and rewarding supporters by ensuring their roads were repaired. Washington Tami L. Mathias F 2004-11 General Multiple Voting Absentee Ballot Fraud 1 Tami L. Mathias reportedly voted two absentee ballots during the November 2004 general election, one from King County, Washington, and one from Jefferson County, Washington, where she lived. Criminal charges were not filed on the assumption that she "made an honest mistake." Porter, of Jefferson County, Washington, reportedly voted at the polls as well as voting an absentee ballot from Snohomish County, Washington, in the November 2004 general election. Criminal charges were not filed on the assumption that Porter "made an honest mistake."
