|Connecticut||Lonnie Reed||F||2005-11||Ineligible district voting||A complaint was brought against Lonnie Reed alleging that she was not a resident of the town where she cast her ballot. Reed sold her Branford home, where she had lived for 25 years, seven days before an election and was living at the home of friends who lived in the same town. Although she tried to buy a home in the same district, she ultimately moved to an address in District 4. The Connecticut Elections Enforcement Commission investigation concluded that because Reed had the intention of buying a house in District 5 at the time of the election, she was not guilty of fraud. The complaint was dismissed.||Dismissed||http://seec.ct.gov/e2casebase/data/fd/2007_158.pdf|
