New Hampshire Gregory R. Deperey M 2010-11 General Registration Fraud Ineligible district voting The New Hampshire Attorney General's Office investigated Gregory R. Deperey because he reportedly registered and voted for the first time on Election Day without photo identification, and the United States Post Office returned a verification letter sent to his address as undeliverable. His identity was later verified, according to a New Hampshire Attorney General's Office investigation. Washington Jesse Swartzfager M 1 Records received from Snohomish County Washington did not indicate the specific accusation. From a list of almost 200 voter fraud cases that occurred since June 2007, only one person was charged. Wisconsin Maria Miles (ACORN employee) Kevin Clancy F 2008 General Registration fraud 1 0 Maria Miles of Milwaukee pleaded* guilty to one count of Falsely Procuring Voter Registration as Party to a Crime (Felony Class I) while working for ACORN during the 2008 presidential election. Clancy was accused of submitting multiple voter registration applications for the same individuals, and also was part of a scheme in which he and other Special Registration Deputies registered each other to vote multiple times in order to meet voter registration quotas imposed by ACORN.
