Wisconsin ADDED SOURCE Ruth E. Kirk F Multiple Voting Ruth E. Kirk was accused of voting more than once in the same election and charged with 2 counts of disorderly conduct. The voter fraud charge was dismissed on prosecutor's motion, but Kirk was charged with both counts of disorderly conduct, guilty because of no contest plea. Connecticut Sybil Allen (former Democratic Town Committee member) F 2000-03 Democratic primary D Absentee/Mail Illegal assistance Forgery Sybil Allen admitted to absentee ballot fraud in the March 2000 Bridgeport Town Commitee Democratic primary. Allen completed absentee ballot applications for voters, persuaded one person to sign the application for a family member that no longer resided in the home, forged the signatures of two other applicants, and told one voter that a candidate was not on the ballot. New Jersey Unknown campaign worker for Al Abdel-aziz M 2016-05 Paterson municipal D Absentee/Mail Ballot tampering 2 Two voters in the heavily contested Paterson 6th Ward election, Osvaldo Santiago and Wendy Arvelo, alleged that an unknown man connected to the Al Abdelaziz campaign marked a candidate on their ballots and picked up their mail-in ballots from their homes, according to sworn statements submitted to the Passaic County election officials. http://patersontimes.com/2016/05/09/two-voters-allege-mail-in-voter-fraud-in-pat...
Washington Mary Capps F 1 Records received from Snohomish County Washington did not indicate the specific accusation. From a list of almost 200 voter fraud cases that occurred since June 2007, only one person was charged. Kurtz Jr. was accused of unlawfully, knowingly and willing voting or offering to vote more than once in three elections. Charged with 3 counts of voting without being qualified. Mississippi Deborah Waters F 2011-08 According to the Public Integrity Division Case View PI-11-00070, a complaint was filed against Deborah Waters on 8/19/11.
