Wisconsin Gladys Huber F OTHER Gladys Huber was accused of falsifying information pertaining to candidacy or nomination. She reportedly was a "fake" candidate for the Democratic party, hired by Republicans to ensure there would be a primary before the general election.
Connecticut Karen Salisbury F Impersonation Registration Fraud A complaint was raised that Karen Salisbury might have fraudulently used her dead husband's name to register to vote. No further action taken on complaint.
Connecticut Gary Montano M Ineligible district voting A complaint was brought against Gary Montano alleging he did not reside in the district in which he voted. The Connecticut Elections Enforcement Commission investigation concluded that Montano had "legitimate, significant, and continuing connections" to the claimed residence and whenever "transiently relocated" he intended to return to the residence. Connecticut Nancy Hill F Multiple Voting The Ridgefield Registrar of Voters brought a complaint against Nancy Hill alleging she attempted to vote more than once in the same election. The Connecticut Elections Enforcement Commission investigation concluded that due to mitigating circumstances, Hill had not intentionally voted twice and recommended no further action be taken. http://seec.ct.gov/e2casebase/data/fd/FD_2010_009.pdf
