Massachusetts Richard Suchocki Mark Atlas M 2013-11 Worcester municipal 2013-12 Illegal assistance 1 0 Richard Suchocki admitted to helping Mark Atlas commit impersonation voter fraud in the Nov. 5, 2013 Worcester municipal election by providing Atlas with the name and address of another registered voter, but Suchocki died in 2014.before being convicted. Florida Montollis Roberson "Madison 9" F 2010 Madison school board 2011-11 Absentee/Mail 2 1 Montollis Roberson, one of the "Madison 9," was charged with felony fraud in connection with casting a ballot, as part of a scheme to illegally request, distribute, and collect absentee ballots in the 2010 Madison school board election. In 2013 a judge dismissed the charges against Roberson, ruling that the regulations were discretionary rather than mandatory and that there had been no intent to cast a fraudulent ballot. Washington Carol Dersham F 2005-09 Primary Multiple Voting Absentee Ballot Fraud 1 Carol Dersham, of Jefferson County, Washington, reportedly signed the outside envelopes of two ballots in a 2005 election. There is no proof she intended to vote twice, so criminal charges were not filed.
