Ohio John Jackson M 2000-11 Presidential R Absentee Ballot Fraud 6 John Jackson, a Republican member of the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections was charged with five counts of tampering with ballots, and one count of misconduct of an employee of the board of elections. Jackson was accused of changing residents' votes when he went to assist nursing home residents vote. The Supreme Court ruled that unsealed secret ballots could be used as evidence against him, but the case was ultimately dismissed because of the death of the witness.
