Wisconsin Gladys Huber F OTHER Gladys Huber was accused of falsifying information pertaining to candidacy or nomination. She reportedly was a "fake" candidate for the Democratic party, hired by Republicans to ensure there would be a primary before the general election.
New Mexico Unknown impersonator M 2004 Impersonation 1 Dwight Adkins, a frequent voter, took a special interest in the 2004 election; donating money, attending rallies and volunteering for a candidate. When he presented to vote that year, election officials informed him that someone had already cast a ballot in his name. Washington Theresa R. Dedeaux F 6 Theresa R. Dedeaux forged signatures on multiple ballot initiative petitions while working as a paid signature gatherer. Washington Jane Doe1 F 1 Records received from Snohomish County Washington did not indicate the specific accusation. From a list of almost 200 voter fraud cases that occurred since June 2007, only one person was charged.
