Connecticut Manolis Sfinarolakis M Ineligible district voting The Democratic and Republican Registrars of Voters brought a complaint against Manolis Sfinarolakis for claiming his parent's home as his residence. Information showed that the claimed address was not actually his primary residence. The Connecticut Elections Enforcement Commission investigation concluded there was insufficient evidence that Sfinarolakis had abandonded a claim to bona fide residence at his parent's home. Washington Brittany Isobe F 1 Records received from Snohomish County Washington did not indicate the specific accusation. From a list of almost 200 voter fraud cases that occurred since June 2007, only one person was charged. Pennsylvania Mark V. Cosentino M 2002-08 Mark V. Cosentino was charged with unlawful voting according to Pensylvania Statue 25 Section 3533. "Any person who votes or attempts to vote at any primary or election, knowing that he does not possess all the qualifications of an elector..." Mississippi Linda Adams F 2011-08 According to the Public Integrity Division Case View PI-11-00070, a complaint was filed against Linda Adams on 8/19/11. Connecticut Sarah Kopman-Fried F 2008-11 General Absentee/Mail An investigation by the Connecticut State Elections Enforcement Commission determined that Kopman-Fried did not provide information about herself as required by law, including her signature, when she completed and signed an absentee ballot application on behalf of another person. Additionally, Kopman-Fried signed the application on behalf of her friend, in violation of the law. Kentucky Randall E. Salyer M 2010-11 General 2011-02 Vote buying 2 Randall E. Salyer was convicted by a jury on two counts of vote buying. Evidence at trial proved that Salyer paid two individuals for their votes in November 2010. Virginia Mark Winfield Atwater 2007 2008 2013-04 Registration fraud - ineligible felon 1 0 In April 2013, a grand jury indicted Mark Winfield Atwater and five other convicted felons on charges of giving false statements when registering to vote. The registrations occurred in 2007 and 2008. The six were each indicted on a felony count of election fraud: Mark Winfield Atwater of Portsmouth; James Edward Dorsey of Portsmouth; Brenda Lee Harris of Virginia Beach; Tyrone Stith of Chesapeake; Lisa Charlotte White of Portsmouth; and Delphine Williams of Portsmouth.
