Kansas Sedgwick County - Name Unknown 2010 Non-citizen voting Registration Fraud 5 A non-citizen was accused of registering and voting in 2000, 2002, 2004, 2006 and 2008. California Jason Lee Hayes M 2006 2006-10 Registration fraud Jason Lee Hayes, along with 11 others, were charged with deceiving voters into re-registering, motivated by a $10 bounty for each new registered voter. Orange County District Attorney Tony Rackauckas charged 12 people with multiple counts of felony voter registration fraud. Hayes pleaded guilty to 1 count of fraudulent completion of affidavit of registration. Pennsylvania Joseph Vadella (former Carbondale Mayor) James Vadella Michael Vadella M 1997 Primary 1997-05 Absentee Ballot Fraud Illegal assistance Joseph Vadella, along with his brothers, James and Michael, pleaded guilty to charges stemming from an attempt to influence a primary election in which Joseph Vadella was a candidate. The scheme involved signing up voters to receive absentee ballots without their knowledge. Campaign workers would pick up the ballots, telling voters that they would take care of the forms. Idaho Kay Annette Hansen F Multiple Voting Accused of voting twice in the Greater Boise Auditorium District candidate election in 2011. Charged with attempting to vote when not qualified or to repeat vote. Pleaded guilty. Received withheld judgment and was given a $287.50 fine and 16 hours of community service.
Missouri Tracy Renee Jones Keven Hayes Danny Lawrence Williams Rogell Coker Jr F 2014 General - 2014 (Initiative) 2015-05 Petition fraud Forgery 0 Felony forgery warrants were issued for Tracy Renee Jones, Danny Lawrence Williams and Rogell Coker Jr. Keven Hayes was also arrested in Columbia on three felony counts of forgery over fraudulent signatures on a 2014 initiative petition that unsuccessfully sought to put an early-voting proposal on the Missouri ballot. Secretary of State Jason Kander turned its investigative findings over to Boone County law enforcement officials, who filed the charges. There were 1,000 questionable signatures flagged in Boone County alone, including those of deceased individuals. Investigators allege that Hayes submitted petitions with 363 signatures from Boone County, including names of deceased individuals and three people who when contacted said they hadn't signed the petition. Indiana Ezequiel Godinez M 2003 Democratic primary D 2006-09 Ineligible district voting 1 Ezequiel Godinez voted in a precinct other than his own in the May 2003 Democratic primary, in which longtime East Chicago Mayor Robert Pastrick narrowly defeated challenger George Pabey.
