Blakes alleged that voters used false addresses from deceased citizens and abandoned houses to illegally register and vote, and accused Woods of having election workers for her campaign working inside the voting polls, wearing t-shirts with the name Juanita Woods displayed and passing out campaign pamphlets. Both candidates are Democrats.
