|South Dakota||Craig Guymon||M||2013-06||Mitchell school board||2013-06||Multiple voting||1||1||Craig Guymon pleaded* guilty to felony voter fraud after voting twice in the 2013 Mitchell school board election. Guymon told a judge he voted in the polls in the morning of June 4 and voted at the auditor’s office by absentee ballot that afternoon. Guymon was sentenced to 30 days in jail, to be served in 10-day increments at the Davison County Jail. Judge Tim Bjorkman imposed a 180-day jail sentence but suspended 150 days on the condition that Guymon successfully complete a two-year probation.
