Iowa Jason Rawlin M 2012-08 Registration fraud - ineligible felon 1 Jason Rawlin, a convicted felon, pleaded* guilty to misdemeanor fraudulent practices after being charged with felony election misconduct for registering to vote in August 2012 while an ineligible felon. Under the state’s motor-voter program, license applicants are asked if they’d like to register to vote. Connecticut Neill Bovaird M Registration Fraud A complaint was made that Richard Murray, Neill Bovaird, Kelly Way, Nancy Pilon, Janelle Rooks, M. Samantha Geiger, Amy Bovaird, Peter Nygard, Shannon Nygard and Angela Harwood were registered and in some cases voted in a place where they did not reside. An Election Commission investigation found that the defendants had registered in good faith with the belief that they did reside in the district in which they registered. The Commission found that had the Registrar's office been more thorough and done their due diligence, it would have found that the addresses provided were not within the required district and the voter registrations/voting would not have occurred. Pennsylvania Mark V. Cosentino M 2002-08 Mark V. Cosentino was charged with unlawful voting according to Pensylvania Statue 25 Section 3533. "Any person who votes or attempts to vote at any primary or election, knowing that he does not possess all the qualifications of an elector..." Washington Brent Cole M 1 Records received from Snohomish County Washington did not indicate the specific accusation. From a list of almost 200 voter fraud cases that occurred since June 2007, only one person was charged. Florida Cardel Bailey M 2009 Registration fraud 16 Cardel Bailey was accused of filing multiple voter registration applications with fictitious names and as the same individuals and registering ACORN canvassers to vote multiple times while working on an ACORN voter drive.
