Connecticut Michael Abbatello M 2004-11 Multiple Voting Michael Abbatello was accused of voting more than once in the November, 2004 election. He registered in both West Hartford and Old Saybrook, and had been registered in both towns since 1985 because he did not provide the Old Saybrook registrars with his prior voting address. He voted in Old Saybrook, but did not vote in West Hartford in the presidential election. He has been removed from the list in West Hartford. Dismissed
Virginia Unnamed organization 2016-09 General Registration fraud An organization engaged in registering voters for the 2016 general election submitted numerous voter registration applications that appeared false, using the information of deceased people. An investigation was opened by the Harrisonburg Police Department and the FBI, and referred to the Commonwealth’s Attorney and the United States Attorney for the Western District of Virginia.
