Washington Ardeshir Bahandari 1 Records received from Snohomish County Washington did not indicate the specific accusation. From a list of almost 200 voter fraud cases that occurred since June 2007, only one person was charged. Kansas Shawnee County - Names Unknown 2005 Absentee Ballot Fraud Voter Suppression Voted ballots were allegedly picked up from Tyler Towers, Jackson Towers and Polk Plaza but not delivered. Tennessee Unknown 2014-05 Petition fraud Forgery 0 The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation launched a probe to determine whether about 300 signatures on a petition to recall District 7 Councilman Chris Anderson that were tossed out by the Hamilton County Election Commission were forged. TBI spokesman Josh DeVine said investigators were requested by the local district attorney's office. Florida Kashawn John 2010 Registration fraud 4 In Miami, Florida, former ACORN voter registration canvassers Maurice Childress, Kashawn John, Liltovia Rhodes, Carlos Torres, Evangeline Williams, Lilkevia Williams, and Richard Williams, were all convicted of “false swearing in an election.” Accused of filing multiple voter registration applications with fictitious names and as the same individuals and registering ACORN canvassers to vote multiple times while working on an ACORN voter drive. Charges: 2 counts false swearing in connection with voting and 2 counts of submission of false voter registration information. Pennsylvania Unknown suspect 2016-10 General Registration fraud A suspected case of voter fraud is under investigation in Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania. Someone filed fraudulent applications changing the political affiliation of two Frackville residents from Republican to Democratic, state police said. The changes became known when new voter registration cards were received Oct. 21 by the residents, a man and woman from New Ringgold. Texas Jamillah Johnson 2004 Primary Absentee/Mail Illegal assistance 2 2 Jamillah Johnson pleaded* guilty to two counts of absentee ballot fraud for illegal possession of other voters' ballots (TEC 86.006) in the 2004 primary election.
