Florida Tomika Curgil F 2016-10 Registration Fraud Tomika Curgil was accused of filling out voter registration forms for five people without their consent. New Hampshire Siannee Rea F 2010-11 General Registration Fraud Ineligible district voting The New Hampshire Attorney General's Office investigated Siannee Rea because she reportedly registered and voted for the first time on Election Day without photo identification, and the United States Post Office returned a verification letter sent to her address as undeliverable. Her identity was later verified, according to a New Hampshire Attorney General's Office investigation. Washington Beth Jenkins F 1 Records received from Snohomish County Washington did not indicate the specific accusation. From a list of almost 200 voter fraud cases that occurred since June 2007, only one person was charged. Alabama Ann Richardson (former district judge) F 2000-06 Republican primary R 2000-06 Vote buying Absentee/Mail 1 Ann Richardson pleaded* guilty to a state charge for failing to properly report campaign expenditures related to the June 2000 Republican primary. She agreed to resign as district judge as part of her plea bargain. Federal charges were dismissed. Florida Antionette Nowells Anthony Grant James Randolph F 2015-03 Eatonville municipal 2016-03 Absentee/mail Voter intimidation/coercion 25 Mia Antionette Nowells, Eatonville Mayor Anthony Grant, and James Randolph were indicted on 25 felony voter fraud charges for coercing voters and submitting illegally obtained absentee ballots in the March 2015 mayoral election in which Grant was elected.
