Pennsylvania FieldWorks employee(s) 2016 General D Registration fraud Pennsylvania state police raided the Delaware County office of FieldWorks LLC seeking evidence of possible voter-registration fraud. In a warrant filed in October 2016 in County Court, investigators said they were seeking documents, financial information, and lists of employees at the Norwood office of FieldWorks LLC, a national organization that does political work for Democrats. New Jersey John Fernandez Samuel Gonzalez (husband of Teresa Ruiz) John Fernandez Gianine Narvaez Edwin Cruz Jonathon Kowalski Antonio Santana Joaquin Caceres Angel Colon Sorinette Rosario 2007-11 General Assembly/State Senate (state Sen. Teresa Ruiz) D Absentee/mail Impersonation Forgery John Fernandez, 61, of Belleville, was found guilty by a Mercer County jury of submitting ballots on behalf of voters in the Nov. 6, 2007, general election without their knowledge. The jury convicted him of conspiracy, election fraud, absentee ballot fraud, tampering with public records or information and forgery. He helped collect ballots on behalf of Teresa Ruiz, who won the election and still serves in the Senate.
