Samantha Geiger, Amy Bovaird, Peter Nygard, Shannon Nygard and Angela Harwood were registered and in some cases voted in a place where they did not reside. An Election Commission investigation found that the defendants had registered in good faith with the belief that they did reside in the district in which they registered.
