Texas Robert William Sanders M Case declined for prosecution. Robert William Sanders was mailed a letter. No new violations were reported. Statue of limitations expired.
Washington Dawn Johnson F 1 Records received from Snohomish County Washington did not indicate the specific accusation. From a list of almost 200 voter fraud cases that occurred since June 2007, only one person was charged. Missouri Tammy J. Martin F Multiple Voting 1 Martin pleaded guilty to voting twice in the same election. 1 year probation
Connecticut Amy Bovaird F Registration Fraud A complaint was made that Richard Murray, Neill Bovaird, Kelly Way, Nancy Pilon, Janelle Rooks, M. Samantha Geiger, Amy Bovaird, Peter Nygard, Shannon Nygard and Angela Harwood were registered and in some cases voted in a place where they did not reside. An Election Commission investigation found that the defendants had registered in good faith with the belief that they did reside in the district in which they registered. The Commission found that had the Registrar's office been more thorough and done their diligence, it would have found that the addresses provided were not within the required district and the voter registrations/voting would not have occurred. West Virginia Alvin Ray Porter, Jr. (former Logan police chief) M 2004-05 Democrat Primary D Vote Buying Alvin Ray Porter, Jr. was reportedly involved in a scandal during the 2004 Democratic party primary to bribe voters. Indicted with others for a conspiracy to control county government in Lincoln County by buying votes, keeping some supporters’ property taxes low, controlling county and state government jobs and rewarding supporters by ensuring their roads were repaired. Georgia Donald Gilliam (former City Council Candidate) M 2011-08 Absentee/Mail Donald Gilliam was accused of absentee ballot fraud while running for city council, along with other campaign workers.
