New Jersey John Fernandez Samuel Gonzalez (husband of Teresa Ruiz) John Fernandez Gianine Narvaez Edwin Cruz Jonathon Kowalski Antonio Santana Joaquin Caceres Angel Colon Sorinette Rosario 2007-11 General Assembly/State Senate (state Sen. Teresa Ruiz) D Absentee/mail Impersonation Forgery John Fernandez, 61, of Belleville, was found guilty by a Mercer County jury of submitting ballots on behalf of voters in the Nov. 6, 2007, general election without their knowledge. The jury convicted him of conspiracy, election fraud, absentee ballot fraud, tampering with public records or information and forgery. He helped collect ballots on behalf of Teresa Ruiz, who won the election and still serves in the Senate. Florida Cardel Bailey M 2009 Registration fraud 16 Cardel Bailey was accused of filing multiple voter registration applications with fictitious names and as the same individuals and registering ACORN canvassers to vote multiple times while working on an ACORN voter drive. Charges: 8 counts of false swearing in connection with voting or elections and 8 counts of submission of false voter registration information.

Mississippi Steven Thompson (former candidate for sheriff) M Vote Buying Thompson, candidate for sheriff of Benton County, reportedly paid undercover police officers $30 per vote and pleaded guilty to attempted bribery. 1 year house arrest and $500 fine

Washington Cathleen Branom F 1 Records received from Snohomish County Washington did not indicate the specific accusation. From a list of almost 200 voter fraud cases that occurred since June 2007, only one person was charged.
