|Connecticut||Nancy Pilon||F||2008-11||Registration Fraud||Ineligible district voting||1||A complaint was made that Richard Murray, Neill Bovaird, Kelly Way, Nancy Pilon, Janelle Rooks, M. Samantha Geiger, Amy Bovaird, Peter Nygard, Shannon Nygard and Angela Harwood were registered and in some cases voted in a place where they did not reside. An Election Commission investigation found that the defendants had registered in good faith with the belief that they did reside in the district in which they registered. The Commission found that had the Registrar's office been more thorough and done their due diligence, it would have found that the addresses provided were not within the required district and the voter registrations/voting would not have occurred.||Not charged||http://seec.ct.gov/e2casebase/data/fd/FD_2010_073.pdf|

|Texas||Magdalena Robledo Rodriguez||Jose Picasso||F||2010-05||Alton municipal||2013-01||Ineligible district voting||Registration fraud||2||2||Magdalena Robledo Rodriguez and Elizabeth Robledo Morales were charged with illegal voting for their roles in a voter fraud scheme during Alton’s May 2010 city election. Both women were named in a December 2012 indictment accusing them of having voted in the 2010 Alton election even though they were not eligible to vote in it. In 2010, a controversy sparked in the small Hidalgo County town when nearly three dozen voters were flagged by the city, which had chosen to run its own election. Elections clerks noticed that several homes, the residences of the two challengers in the race, Jose Picasso and Salvador Vela, were listed as the address for a large number of voters with different last names.||http://www.themonitor.com/news/local/women-arrested-accused-of-illegal-voting/ar...||http://www.themonitor.com/news/local/former-alton-police-chief-commissioner-tied...|
|Texas||Karen Hall||F||2013-12||Multiple Bryan municipal||2014-09||Ineligible district voting||The Bryan City Council voted to ask the Texas Attorney General's office to investigate Karen Hall, who helped secure voter signatures to place an ethics-related charter amendment before voters in November. Hall doesn't live at or own the address in Bryan at which she is registered to vote, but has voted in several city elections, most recently in December 2013. Hall listed her address on her voter registration as 5918 Texas 21 East in Bryan, which is the address of Bruders Electric. According to Hall, the building's former owner, Edward Wayne Kelly, offered to let Hall live in part of the building, but she never moved in. Hall thought the agreement was still in place when Kelly passed away several years ago, but Malcolm Hein, the owner of Bruder's Electric, who is renting the building, signed an affidavit saying he's never allowed anyone to live on the property. It is a felony under Texas law for a person to vote in an election where they know they are not eligible to vote.||http://www.theeagle.com/news/local/calling-for-voter-fraud-investigation-is-a-ra...|
