| A quick note before we dive in: we're once again hearing that our emails are landing in spam folders — or not arriving at all. If you'd like to stay on our engaged reader list, just click here and you'll be all set. Nothing else is needed on your end. And if you're new to the newsletter, or it's been a while since one of ours last reached you — hello and welcome back! We're glad you're here. Our mission hasn't changed. The good fight for transparency, accountability, and trust in our elections matters now more than ever, and we're grateful you're standing with us in it. It's been another week of federal directives, election controversies, ballot headaches, and legislative "creativity". The White House is tying election integrity efforts to state cooperation. California is making headlines for all the wrong reasons. Federal prosecutors are encouraging citizens to report election crimes. And lawmakers across the country continue introducing "election security" bills that, in some cases, seem designed to secure everything except transparency. The fight for election integrity has never been just about ballots. It's about access to information, public accountability, and whether citizens can verify what government officials claim is happening. Here's what you may have missed this week.
In Case You Missed It... | | California: You Can't Make This UpFrom individuals stating they were paid for their votes on Skid Row, to outrageous voter ID policies and ballots arriving by helicopter, California continues to build on their reputation for being the absolute circus for elections, but pretending the voters can't see past the veil. We covered it all on this week's TTVN Live. |
| | DOJ Asks Citizens for Fraud ReportsFederal prosecutors are urging citizens to report suspected election crimes and voting rights violations. Officials say public vigilance remains one of the strongest safeguards for election integrity. |

| | Up Next in CA: InvestigationsAfter all the speculation and concern, it’s good to finally see eyes on the process. Facts, wherever they lead, are what matter. Keep sending in the reports, CA voters! |
| | Mail Ballots for Voter RollsExecutive Order 14248 continues to move forward, placing new emphasis on voter roll maintenance, citizenship verification, and cooperation between states and federal agencies. Solutions are desperately needed, but questions about state authority and federal influence are moving to the forefront. |
| | CA: Silenced in Your Own State? While voters continue to receive unrequested CA ballots in other states, CA voters are reporting that they either never received a ballot or...the ballots are being completely rejected altogether. |
| | Legislative LaunderingThe bill may be dead, but its carcass is still useful...and before you know it, a bill you had no knowledge of is passed. CA lawmakers, once again, gut the contents of an unrelated bill, keep the bill number, and quietly move an entirely different proposal through the process. SB73 2.0 and "transparency" FTW. |
| | GA: Bunker BureaucracyThe case centered on whether the Secretary of State’s Election Night aggregation process in a closed bunker must be open to observation under Georgia’s public-duty election law. The judge’s ruling will determine if candidates and SEB members can be present. |
| | The Reports Keep Flooding In...More than one ballot arriving in the mail? Receiving odd voter information you never requested? Problems at the polling place? If your election experi seem right, we want to hear it. We're here to help. |
Lead From Where You StandA healthy election system doesn't fear scrutiny. It welcomes questions, preserves records, investigates concerns, and understands that transparency is not a threat—it's a safeguard. This week reminded us that election integrity is about more than ballots and machines. It's about whether citizens have the information, access, and accountability necessary to verify what government officials are telling them. Confidence is created by by trust. And trust requires verification. What You Can Do- A call to action: if you or someone you know can obtain the Kentucky voter rolls, please reach out to us.
- Scan. Check. Protect.: We may be seeing a flood of issues in CA, but voters across the nation experience similar every day. Confirm your record and track your ballot - before it becomes a problem.
- Help us test the new version of Scan. Check. Protect. If you live in Hawaii, North Dakota, Mississippi, or Missouri, we need you! Contact us and we'll walk you through the next steps. (P.S. — if you've already reached out, thank you!!)
- See something, say something — cliché, but true. Are you receiving ballots or voter-related mail you didn't request? Take pictures and send us the details through our report line.
- Revisit our EO 14248 ORR Project: While states debate the directive, we did something simpler: checked the receipts. Browse the records requests we sent to all 50 states and the 250 largest counties to see who's complying with the order—and who isn't.
- Stay informed on election legislation. What is your state doing? Track it all in LegiTrack before it becomes law.
- Get involved locally. Join grassroots efforts in your state, attend local meetings, support transparency work, and help educate others on the issues shaping their communities.
- Vote! The evidence is clear: when you make the effort, you see the results. Shut out the voices that tell you your vote doesn't matter — it matters!!
- Pray for wisdom, courage, and discernment. No matter where you stand politically, this is a defining moment for the country and for the people entrusted with stewarding it.
- Support our work if you're able. Every volunteer hour, conversation, share, and donation helps strengthen the movement for transparency, accountability, and citizen engagement.
