The SAVE Act vs The SAVE America Act

The Safeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act (H.R. 22) is what originally passed the House and is the main bill being debated.

The SAVE America Act (H.R. 7296 and S. 3752) is a newer version/revision of that same policy.

SAVE Act = original, main bill
SAVE America Act = updated/reintroduced version
Debate = H.R. 22 👉 the same core policy across both names

How to Find It

At first glance, it can feel like:
👉 “Where is the actual SAVE Act?”

You may notice multiple entries like:

H.R. 22 = The SAVE Act (the core bill)

This is the primary bill that:

Passed the House
Is now part of the ongoing conversation
